Conductive paste, also known as conductive adhesive, is a mixture of precious metal powder and base metal powder, glass powder, and synthetic resin. It is a key material for packaging, electrodes, and interconnections of electronic components. It mainly includes two categories: sintered conductive paste and cured conductive adhesive (conductive ink). The process is that the conductive paste is a material that uniformly adds conductive powder to the adhesive and forms a conductive body after solidification. It is used for the formation of electronic circuits, the formation of electrodes for electronic components, the leading-out of lead ends, and the formation of line contacts.

Conductive pastes are generally divided into high-temperature winding type with glass powder added to the adhesive, low-temperature sintering type using synthetic resin adhesive, and UV curing type solidified by ultraviolet radiation. High temperature sintering type, usually fired at a temperature of 450 ° C to 850 ° C, while low temperature sintering type is fired at 150 ° C, with a firing time ranging from a few minutes to an hour. In addition to silver powder as the main conductive powder and metal powders such as nickel powder, copper powder, and silver plated copper powder, carbon powder is also used. In addition, synthetic resin adhesives mainly include acrylic, epoxy, and polyester systems. The use of pulp is very extensive, and many corresponding types of pulp are being developed.

In this type of liquid level measurement, the ability of the process material to conduct electrical current is used to measure the liquid level. Therefore, basically this method is mainly used for point measurement of liquid interfaces with high conductivity. Some liquid level sensing devices operate by sensing or detecting differences in electrical characteristics caused by material interference in the process. These characteristics are capacitance, conductivity, and resistance. In this level measurement, two electrodes are placed in a tank. One electrode has a small length and therefore does not extend to the maximum liquid level, while the other electrode has a good length and can extend to the maximum length. The fuel tank will be grounded and used as a common ground. In most cases, static wells are also used, so that the interface is not disturbed and erroneous measurements can be prevented.

If the process level contacts any part of the electrode that extends to the lowest level, a conductive path from the grounding tank to the electrode may be formed. If the liquid level rises to a point where both electrodes can contact the conductive material, current will flow through the electrodes and the tank. The relay will be connected to the electrode at the highest level, and it will detect the high level and send a signal to the alarm or control device so that it can correct the situation.
