After winning the LED filament patent lawsuit a few days ago, Fucai's subsidiary, Crystal Optoelectronics (Crystal Power), has continued to extend the focus of patent protection to TV backlight products. Recently, it filed a patent lawsuit in Texas for the 4-series 43 inch and 50 inch TVs of the American Amazon Fire TV product line.

In the complaint, Crystal Electric listed evidence that Amazon had infringed at least 13 crystal electric patents, covering key technologies ranging from grains to patterned substrates, epitaxial (epitaxial) crystals, transparent conductive layers, and metal electrodes used in LED backlight modules. Jingdian also requested the court to order the defendant to stop infringing acts such as sales and provide damages for past infringing acts.
