11月26日下午，第三届中国光电材料大会暨硅基新材料产业合作对接会在蚌埠举行。省委常委、副省长张红文宣布大会开幕。市委书记黄晓武出席并致辞。中国工程院院士干勇、丁文江、张联盟、王运敏，中国科学院院士谢毅出席；中国工程院院士、中国建材集团总工程师、中国硅酸盐学会副理事长、中建材玻璃新材料研究总院院长彭寿主持；省发改委副主任徐志及部分院校、行业和企业嘉宾出席大会。

黄晓武在致辞中对大会的成功举办表示热烈祝贺，向长期以来关心和支持蚌埠发展的各界朋友表示衷心感谢。他说，近年来，蚌埠依托丰富的科教资源，主动担当国家使命，奋力抢抓时代机遇，全力谋划推动光电新材料、硅基新材料产业发展，打造了以信息显示产业、太阳能光伏产业、玻璃新材料产业为主的光电产业集群，构建了以硅基新材料为核心支撑，以薄膜电池组件、触摸屏等应用终端为导向，以各类玻璃新材料为补充的产业发展体系。

In his speech, Huang Xiaowu expressed warm congratulations on the success of the conference and heartfelt gratitude to friends from all walks of life who have long cared about and supported the development of Bengbu. He said that in recent years, relying on rich scientific and educational resources, Bengbu has taken the initiative to assume its national mission, strived to seize the opportunities of the times, and made every effort to plan and promote the development of new photovoltaic materials and silicon based new material industries. It has created a photovoltaic industry cluster focusing on the information display industry, solar photovoltaic industry, and glass based new material industry. It has built a silicon based new material as the core support, and guided by application terminals such as thin film battery modules, touch screens, and so on, An industrial development system supplemented by various new glass materials.

中国硅酸盐学会副理事长、中国工程院院士张联盟表示，近年来，安徽和蚌埠的光电材料发展取得了长足进步，逐步发展成国内光电材料的创新高地、产业重地、人才福地。中国硅酸盐学会将以主办光电材料大会为契机，强化材料统筹规划、构建开放交流平台、深化全方位合作，通过推动光电材料产业高质量发展，助推安徽打造“三地一区”，助力蚌埠打造“中国硅谷”，持续为区域经济社会发展提供新的动能。

徐志表示，省发改委将认真贯彻省委、省政府决策部署，充分发挥好省新材料产业推进组工作专班作用，坚持顶格倾听、顶格协调、顶格推进，进一步加强技术攻关、加大“双招双引”、强化推广应用、促进基金合作，全力支持安徽和蚌埠新材料产业集聚发展。
