近日，国家市场监管总局正式批准在湖北武汉筹建国家通信光器件产品质量检验检测中心。

该检测中心的筹建主体是信息通信检测领域知名机构武汉网锐检测科技有限公司。据介绍，武汉网锐是中国信科集团全资子公司，前身为邮电部光通信产品质量监督检验测试中心，公司扎根信息通信检测领域30余年，已形成完备的检测体系，具备系统的信息通信网络检测能力，2015年1月获批“国家宽带网络产品质量监督检验中心”。

In January 2015, it was approved as the "National Broadband Network Product Quality Supervision and Test Center".
2019年8月，武汉网锐正式提出申请筹建国家通信光器件产品质量检验检测中心，并于2021年9月通过国家市场监管总局组织的筹建论证。

截至目前，湖北省国家级质检中心共批筹34家，已建成25家，排名中部第二。而此次光器件检测中心落户的武汉东湖新技术开发区，是国内目前最大的光器件和激光研发基地、全球最大的光纤预制棒和光纤光缆研发生产基地。孵化了华工科技、烽火通信、光迅科技等超10家上市公司。
